Book Your Appointment:

 Log in to your membership account using the credentials you provided during registration.

 Navigate to the Booking section or Appointment page.Select your preferred date and time for your appointment. Choose the service(s) you’d like to book based on your membership tier (one service for Silver, two services for Gold).

Confirm your appointment details and submit your booking request.

Our team of experts will review your request and confirm your appointment via email or phone call.Arrive at Lashes & Locks Salon on the scheduled date and time, and get ready to indulge in a luxurious beauty experience!

Upon enrollment there is one-time $49 processing fee. 

A three month membership is required. After that you  have the flexibility to cancel anytime or pause your membership to suit your needs.

Membership Activation: Upon enrolling in a membership at Lashes & Locks Studio, members agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in our membership policies.

 Enrollment Fee: A one-time $49 enrollment fee will be charged upon signing up for a membership at Lashes & Locks Studio.

Payment Terms: Members will be charged the applicable membership fee on a monthly basis, starting from the enrollment date. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at all times to facilitate automatic payments.

Cancellation Policy: Members must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Membership Freeze or Pause: Members have the option to freeze or pause their membership for a maximum period of three months. To do so, members must notify Lashes & Locks Studio in writing at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

Membership Benefits: Membership benefits, including discounts on services and products, are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

Changes to Membership: Lashes & Locks Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate membership benefits, fees, or policies at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Refund Policy: Please note that there are no refunds for membership fees, regardless of usage or circumstances.
